Villa La Pagerie

Gather and unwind in a thoughtfully restored home surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty.

The villa has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a self-contained basement studio complete with private entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. The open space living and dining areas seamlessly flow onto a generous ocean-facing terrace with infinity pool for the best in indoor/outdoor living.

A wrap-around verandah delivers magnificent views from every room on the main floor and provides agreeable shade for lounging. Tradewinds naturally cool the villa as they blow through the louvered windows and doors.

The villa is located adjacent to the High North Nature Park – a veritable coastal tropical jungle where iguana and tortoises roam freely and all manner of wild birds awaken you with their song. This area also features the nicest and most secluded beach on the island, Anse La Roche, a few minutes by boat and a 30-minute walk from the villa past ruins from the 1700s.

Our colourful and fragrant gardens boast a variety of fruit trees, flowering plants and our very own cicada choir. Play bocce ball among the bougainvillea or pluck an orange for breakfast.
